Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
Undertaking financial strategic analysis and business analysis for senior management to perform decision making on strategic planning
Undertaking relevant research Into costing that helps defining pricing, review factors affecting market and purpose right pricing for products
Managing cash flows and provide daily financial support to operations
Manage Payable and Receivables to maintain cash cycle of group
Manage preparation of monthly sales tax Invoices, revenue recognition in system
Ensure timely statutory payments of PRA, FBR, EOBI and social security
Monitor finance and accounts team for accounting, auditing and operational purpose
Performing financial forecasting at provincial, divisional and department level
Review the performance of allocated budgets and perform variance analysis on daily, monthly and annually basis to track the performance
Perform trends and ratio analysis to review the financial performance and compare it with historical and forecasted data
Prepare customized reports for group CFO and Chairman for decision
making purpose on identified financial performance through analysis reports (variance, trends, ratios, comparisons etc)
Identify business analysis and give reports to operational improvements
through PESTELE, SWOT and other relevant factors
